Michael Scarpone, MS, PCC

Michael Scarpone’s deep understanding of corporate culture has enabled him to work with over 100 clients representing a diverse array of for-profit and non-profit organizations on a local, regional and national level.

With professionalism and precision, Michael evaluates not only the big picture, but also the smallest of pieces that affect an organization’s structure. With years of experience, Michael is able to assess an organizations growth, success and goals and create effective and winning strategies.

In addition, Mike has held adjunct faculty positions at University of Southern Maine, New England College Graduate School, New Hampshire Technical Institute and St. Michael’s College Graduate School.
